Mandria is a farming village on the flat coastal strip south-east of Paphos, close enough to the airport to be easy and far enough from the tourist front to stay quiet. The development is built low, in the local vocabulary — pale render, tiled roofs, deep verandas — and spread through planted gardens rather than stacked into blocks. At €191,000 for 60 m² finished, with two pools and a clubhouse maintained on site, it is one of the least complicated ways to own on this coast.

Ownership case
Cyprus has one of the longest usable seasons in the Mediterranean, so letting is less tightly confined to July and August than on the Greek islands, and the site is managed with pools kept open in winter. The location — between Paphos and Limassol, near the golf resorts — suits a primary home, a second home or a buy-to-let equally. Confirm with a lawyer that title deeds are issued before completion.
