About Yoin
Yoin is a Japanese word for the resonance that stays with you after an experience has ended. It is a reasonable description of what a good house in the right place does.
We help international buyers discover, acquire, renovate and manage distinctive homes in selected destinations. The starting question is not what is for sale, but what is worth owning.
A home might cost €90,000 or €2 million. A mountain house in Japan can be as interesting as a lake house in Italy. What they share is a good building, a place worth being, and a rationale that holds up when you look at it closely.
Owning internationally can combine personal use, a tangible asset in another geography and currency, and income when you are away. We do not claim that foreign property is automatically safe, and we do not guarantee appreciation.
How we select
- An interesting home — architecture, character or potential.
- A place worth being — landscape, town, culture, outdoor life.
- A rationale that survives scrutiny — price, scarcity, use, demand.
- A balanced view, including what we would want you to consider carefully.
