Corriere's June 2026 survey of the Garda market records asking prices rising across the lake, with peaks around €8,000/m² for existing stock and up to €13,000/m² for new build in the best positions. RealAdvisor puts the Salò median at about €4,222/m² (August 2026). Inland villages a few kilometres from the water cost a fraction of the shore.

Tecnocasa's lake-market analysis (reported by idealista, July 2026) shows Italian lake resorts closing the period in positive territory with an increasingly international buyer base; Garda, Como and Lugano lead the growth.
