Why it works
A restored, licensed house in the centre of Deià covers both uses well: it works as a family home over a long season, and as a high-end seasonal rental when you are not there. The three ensuite bedrooms and the separate living room mean guests and owners are not on top of each other.
Ownership case
Value here is protected by scarcity rather than by growth forecasts. The Tramuntana is protected, Deià has almost no developable land, and the rental licence is a capped, transferable advantage. We do not publish a projected yield on this house until we have modelled the licence terms and real ADR with you.
